Terms of Sale

The list (suggested retail) price is noted on each title.  The discount earned will be from the list price.

Minimum Order and Discount: 

The minimum order is 10 books, any mix of titles.  We will process an order fewer than 10 books, but only a 20% discount will apply.

All orders placed on this website will receive a 42% discount, with a minimum order of 10 books.

Our normal discounts (for phone, mail, fax and customer pulled orders) are:

1-4 copies per title receive 40% discount from list price
5-9 copies per title receive 41% discount from list price
10 or more copies per title receive 42% discount from list price

Free Freight: 

Orders of 100 books or more receive free freight.

Terms: 

Net 30 Days from invoice date with approved credit.  We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.  Orders can also be shipped COD via UPS or FedEx Ground.

New Accounts:

Please request and complete a credit sheet for credit approval.  Include sales tax exemption information.

Freight: 

On orders of less than 100 books, freight is prepaid and added to your invoice.

Backorders: 

Backorders will be shipped with the account’s next order or as soon as the books arrive in our warehouse.  When the backordered items arrive in our warehouse, we will call to inform you before shipping.

Shortages and Damages: 

All shortages and damages must be reported within 30 days of invoiced date.

Returns: 

Returns no longer than six months from the invoice date will be credited at 45% with a copy of the invoice.  Books must arrive at our warehouse in saleable condition. Books with store stickers will not be accepted. Credit will be applied to your account for future purchases. Calendars and Christmas books must be returned by February 1 to receive credit.

Warehouse Shopping: 

We invite you to shop our warehouse between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. any weekday (except holidays).
